Coming from the Amiga, I couldn't for the life of me figure out where the
'Roll Image' operator was in PhotoShop!
Silly me - it turns out to be a Filter option!!!!
To _EASILY_ do what you want in PhotoShop, just go to:
Filter - Other - Offset!
